The submissions for R&D 2026 are organized into thirteen thematic areas. At the time of submission, we ask that authors select the area that best represents the central focus of their work. Interdisciplinary research is welcome. It is recommended to clearly state the contributions to the field of design. Below is a map showing the allocation of thematic areas.
